I’m a coach, runner, and triathlete living in Northern Virginia (suburbs of Washington, D.C.) with my husband, five year old daughter, and our two rescue dogs.

I discovered my love of sports as an adult. I ran my first race – a half marathon – in the spring of 2009 (at age 28) and was hooked. My second race was a marathon in November 2009. I’ve since finished numerous marathons and ultramarathons, including a 100K.

I started taking swimming lessons in November of 2010, in the hopes of someday being able to complete a triathlon. My first triathlon was in 2012 and I completed my first Ironman in 2015.

After having a baby at age 39 in 2019, I returned to ultrarunning and triathlon. When my daughter was two, I qualified for the 2023 Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

A former attorney, I now work full-time as an endurance sports coach. I am a USA Triathlon certified coach and I provide 1:1 coaching services through Biscay Coaching. We are a team of seven coaches with a wide range of skill sets. If I’m not the right coach for you, I can connect you with another coach on our team who might be a better fit!
